Club Information

About us

We are a fun, friendly club with recreational and competitive sessions in a variety of gymnastics disciplines.

We compete trampolining, double mini-trampolining and tumbling. We also have sessions in recreational artistic gymnastics and Free-G (based on parkour, tricking and freerunning). All children who attend the club work towards British Gymnastics proficiency awards and develop competition routines or tumbling passes when they are more advanced. Please note we do not compete artistic gymnastics.

Our trampolinists and double mini trampolinists have won medals at county, regional and national competitions, and some are currently in the South West squad.

Many of our gymnasts have won medals at the Devon Games to Inspire and South West Youth Games. For our coach and club profiles, please see our profiles page.

We have a waiting list for all of our classes. If you would like to put your child on the list, please fill in the form on our waiting list page.

What to wear

Gymnastics:

Beginners: Leotard or t-shirt and tight-fitting shorts or leggings. Avoid trousers or tops with buttons. Dresses, jeans and crop tops are not suitable.

Intermediate/advanced: Leotard and shorts or leggings

Please ensure that long hair is tied back, and that all jewellery is removed or taped. Although the children will normally train in bare feet, they will need to bring socks as we sometimes do trampolining. If your child has a verruca, please ensure that it is covered. If this is not possible, they will need to wear footwear suitable for physical activity, such as trainers, plimsolls or gym shoes.

Trampolining:

As for gymnastics. Children attending trampolining will also need to wear socks.

What to bring

There is no drinking water at the gym, so make sure you bring a drink (nothing fizzy).
