Trampolining
Learn skills including shapes, seat drops, front drops, back drops and single and double somersaults, multiple twisting double somersaults and more, and put them into routines.
Double Mini Trampoline (DMT)
Perform DMT passes of 2 skills each including shapes, twists, somersaults and double somersaults!
Tumbling
Do you like doing flips and somersaults as fast as you can? Learn tumbling passes down our sprung tumble track, starting with cartwheels and backwards rolls, and moving on to flics, whips and somersaults! We use inflatable tracks, our sprung competition track, trampolines and our inflatable pit in our tumbling sessions, as well as other equipment. You’ll need to be able to forward and backward roll, cartwheel, round off and bridge kickover, before starting tumbling lessons.
General Gymnastics
Learn floor skills including shapes, forward and backward rolls, headstands, handstands and cartwheels, as well as moves on our asymmetric bars, beam, vault, trampette, springboard and more!
Pre-School Gymnastics
Go on a trip to the zoo, into space, or on holiday in our themed warm up games and stretches, followed by learning skills on floor, track, vault, beam, bars, trampette, springboard and on our trampolines. For 3-4 year olds.
